ChromVTrap
IT Tech is a Singaporean company that specializes in laboratory design and engineering as well as supplying laboratory consumables.
They needed us to design a logo for their new brand ChromVTrap. Their request specified that this new logo needed to maintain the visual identity of another brand of theirs: ChromineX.
This meant we had to adhere to the already established color palette, iconography, and typography formats whilst also keeping in mind two concepts associated with the name of the new brand: the first one being that the “V” stands for the Volatile part in “Volatile organic compound”, and the second being the Trapping of said compounds.

We sent a number of proposals for their new brand’s logo design that followed their instructions and respected ChromineX’s colors. We kept in mind the aforementioned concepts behind the name and worked to produce icons that represented the organic compounds being trapped.
All logo variants were produced in vertical and horizontal formats, as well as with lower and upper case typographies to better provide our client with a wide range of options to display their logo however they wanted.
